Skimmed yogurt - 1/2 cup
Low fat mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Cucumber (peeled) - 1No
Green chilli - 2No.s
Garlic clove - 1No
Onion - 1No
Finely chop cucumber, green chilli, onion and garlic. Mix 1 Tbsp vinegar to this and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Let cool.
In a serving bowl, add yogurt and mayo. Take just the prepared and cooled veggies, leaving behind any extra vinegar and add to yogurt/mayo mix. Stir well, add salt and serve.
